Methodology: ” Circular Learning ” based on the EFMD Circle for Quality Assurance
By adhering to the highest standards regarding the teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master will be taught through interactive lectures, case study analyzes, exercises, discussions, role plays, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions presentation of students. Case studies will be used to generate discussions and illustrate business problems. Students will be encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, through which teachers implement a student-centered approach, involve students and provide activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired.
Soft Skill Program
Soft skills are the “secret key” of a well managed workplace and a progressive career path. With the Soft Skills Program, we offer you the opportunity to develop the soft skills necessary for your personal and professional growth.

Giuliana Baldo Chiaron – She is a Marketing & Communication Manager, with over 20 years in the fashion and ICT industries. She is an Adjunct Professor at La Sapienza, University of Rome (Faculty of Economics), where she has been teaching Enterprise Communication Management & Digital Communication since 2018. Passionate about open innovation and digital transformation, she worked for Computer Sciences Corporation, for C3 Europe and Alphatelecom (in London, UK) and she is now a Commercial Planning Manager for Irideos.
PROFESSORS
Isridvan Geuns – Isridvan Geuns (1968) is living and working in the center of Amsterdam. She has been employed as a design-and product manager for many years and was involved in several successful enterprises in the fashion and retail industry.
Claudia Mayer- She worked on regional and international projects for the Zumtobel Group in Europe and Asia and was based in Guangzhou, Singapore, Dubai and New Delhi. After working for 2 years at the architecture studio UN Studio in Amsterdam, he founded Coaching by Claudia to support creative companies, entrepreneurs and professionals in their entrepreneurial, corporate and professional development.
MICHELA BONAFONI – In 2010 he moved to Milan and opened his communication and PR agency called “360 + One Quarter” specializing in the launch of new stylists in partnership with Vogue Talents. Now he is “FASHION TREND RESEARCHER” for the most important brand of Wella Hairstyling called “MITU ‘CREATIVE HAIRSTYILING” and works with the creative direction.
Antonio Scialletti- Antonio is senior advisor to European companies for internationalization in China / Asia and to Chinese state-owned companies. He also has a deep experience in supporting business development for non-EU markets, as well as in monitoring industrial trading companies that report back to the European headquarters.
MAX ZARA STERCK – is a women’s clothing stylist who values the artistic need in fashion, as well as the importance of durability in design. Her work is reinforced by collaborations that allow her to highlight the fit and movement of her models. Before starting his own brand he worked as a designer at well-known luxury brands such as J.W.Anderson, LaPerla and Alexander McQueen
FABIO SISTI – 7 years of visual merchandising (interiors / windows), 3 years I am a visual (Asia / America / South Africa / East and Northern Europe). 2 years of creative window design. Among the companies he worked for: H&M, 7camicie.
MARSHAL LANGER – Born in Miami, Florida, Marshall holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has also taken numerous postgraduate courses in counseling psychology at New York University. He has worked on Wall Street in investment banking and risk arbitrage for companies such as Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and in trading for BNP Paribas.
JENNI PERLANGELI – Among her experiences, she worked as Sales Manager for Altea Rome Showroom, Fendi Showroom, Blauer Showroom and Benetton Sisley Showroom.

The admission process is aimed to verify the candidate’s eligibility to attend the Master. The candidate’s academic history, previous experiences in the topics covered in the Master and motivation will be matters of the evaluation. Once it’s sent, the application will be evaluated by the Rome Business School’s academic committee. In order to ensure the application’s suitability, it is important to deliver all of the required documentation.
